FAQ

What is the standard weight formula?
Standard weight = height (m) x height (m) x 22, because BMI 22 is statistically associated with the lowest disease risk. For example, at 160cm: 1.6 x 1.6 x 22 = about 56.3kg.
What is the difference between beauty, Cinderella, and model weight?
Beauty weight (BMI 20) looks slim, Cinderella weight (BMI 18) is quite thin, and model weight (BMI 17) is very thin. Lower values mean thinner bodies, but weights below Cinderella weight increase health risks, so excessive weight loss is not recommended.
Are standard weight and ideal weight the same?
In this tool, "standard weight" is the medically recommended weight based on BMI 22. "Ideal" or "beauty" weight focuses on a slim appearance and is not necessarily best for health. For health, staying within the BMI 18.5-25 range matters most.
Can weight be determined from height alone?
BMI only uses height and weight, ignoring muscle mass, body fat, and bone structure. People with the same height and weight can look and feel different depending on body composition. Use these figures only as a guide.
Is this medical advice? Is my data safe?
No. These results are general BMI-based estimates, not a medical diagnosis or advice. Always consult a doctor or specialist for health or weight-loss plans. All calculations happen entirely in your browser, and your height and weight are never sent to or stored on any server.
