FAQ

Is the text reverser free to use?
Yes, it is completely free. No registration or installation is required — just open it in your browser.
Can it reverse emoji and accented characters correctly?
Yes. Emoji (surrogate pairs) and combining marks such as accents are reversed as single visible characters without being split. This avoids the garbled output that naive reversal often produces.
What does "Reverse words" do?
It reverses only the order of space-separated words, keeping each word intact. For example, "hello world foo" becomes "foo world hello". It is handy when you want to flip the order of words in a sentence.
What is the difference between reversing lines and reversing within each line?
"Reverse lines" flips the top-to-bottom order of the lines. With the character or word mode, turning on "Reverse within each line" keeps the line order but reverses the contents of each line instead.
Is my text stored on a server?
No. All processing runs locally in your browser with JavaScript. Your text is never sent to or stored on any server, so you can use it with peace of mind.
