FAQ

Is my CSV data sent to a server?
No. Loading, parsing, cleaning and exporting all happen entirely in your browser. Your data is never sent anywhere.
Does it support tab (TSV) or semicolon delimiters?
Yes. The delimiter can be auto-detected, or chosen manually from comma, tab, semicolon or pipe.
Can it handle commas or line breaks inside a cell?
Yes. Commas, line breaks and escaped double quotes ("") inside quoted fields are parsed correctly.
What exactly does "Clean" do?
It trims leading/trailing spaces in each cell, collapses repeated spaces into one, and removes rows that are entirely empty. Your original input text is left unchanged.
What does exporting to JSON produce?
When the header option is on, it outputs an array of objects keyed by the first row; when off, it outputs an array of arrays.
Is there a limit to how much data I can load?
It works within your browser memory, but rendering very large datasets with tens of thousands of rows may take some time.
