What is the Pomodoro Technique?

The Pomodoro Technique is a time-management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It pairs 25 minutes of focused work (one "pomodoro") with a 5-minute break, and after every four pomodoros you take a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes. Alternating short bursts of focus with regular rest helps you maintain concentration while reducing fatigue. This tool runs entirely in your browser, and your settings are never sent to any server.
